Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Simple Tours and Travels, we aim to offer a seamless travel experience. However, we
understand that plans may change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully
before booking any services with us.
1. Cancellation Policy: 1.1 For Tour Packages:
● Cancellations made 30 days or more before the departure date: Full refund (minus a
processing fee of ₹500).
● Cancellations made 15-29 days before the departure date: 50% refund of the total
package cost.
● Cancellations made 7-14 days before the departure date: 25% refund of the total
package cost.
● Cancellations made less than 7 days before the departure date: No refund will be
provided.
1.2 For Flight Bookings:
● Cancellations and refunds for flights are subject to the respective airline and
train operators’ policies. Simple Tours and Travels will assist in processing any refunds
as per their terms.
● A service charge of ₹200 per ticket will be applicable.
1.3 For Hotel Bookings:
● Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to check-in: Full refund (minus processing
charges).
● Cancellations made 7-13 days prior to check-in: 50% refund of the booking amount.
● Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in: No refund.
1.4 For Special Events and Seasonal Tours:
● Bookings for special events, festivals, or peak season travel are non-refundable unless
otherwise specified.
2. Refund Process: 2.1 Refund Timeframe:
● Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of cancellation.
● Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking.
2.2 Non-Refundable Charges:
● Any processing fees, taxes, or service charges are non-refundable.
● In cases where third-party services (e.g., airlines, hotels) are involved, their refund
policies will apply, and any additional fees or penalties may be deducted from the refund.
3. Modification of Booking
● Changes to tour dates or itineraries may incur additional charges, subject to availability
and vendor policies.
● We encourage travelers to request any modifications at least 15 days before the
departure date.
4. No-Show Policy
● In the event of a no-show without prior notice or cancellation, the entire booking amount
will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.
5. Force Majeure
● In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics,
strikes, etc.), we will work with our suppliers to arrange refunds or alternative travel
arrangements. Refunds in such cases will be processed as per the supplier’s discretion
and may be subject to delays.
