After receiving the communication for cancellation in writing, the refund action shall be processed within 15 working Days from the date of cancellation request. The refund made as per the valid procedure either through our bankers or as per guidelines stipulated by RBI. In case it is booked through out respective service providers – co-travel agencies or tour operator alliance or vendors or third party the same is being refunded to you by them.
