The following booking conditions form the basis of your contract with Simple Tours and Travels, please read the conditions carefully as they form basis for our respective rights and obligations. By giving consent for confirmation of booking you have read these booking conditions and agree to them in toto.

Booking and pricing: The price quoted for package tours or any trip covers the cost of the planning, organisation and carrying out the tour or trip as desired by you. For other tours and allied services, the prices quoted by our  respective service providers – co-travel agencies or tour operator alliance or vendors or  third parties We reserve the right to make necessary changes and correct errors if any quoted prices at any time before your start of tour or trip so booked. The customers please read the conditions carefully as they form basis for our respective rights and obligations.

Booking made by the customers are subject to rules relating the online prices, Simple Tours and Travels booking terms and conditions and your acceptance of these terms and conditions. And also subject to prevailing conditions stipulated by concerned Government authorities from time to time like guidelines and rules implemented by Government recently to curb the pandemic situation of Covid-19 etc.,. 

All the bookings are made are subject to the user fulfilling the booking procedures, advance as well as final payments and eligibility requirements of their tickets and reservation confirmation etc., – failure to do so may result in cancellation and applicable charges for such act borne by the customers and Simple Tours and Travels reserve the right to charge/penalties of such act.
